Intermittent fasting is growing in popularity across the world. Michael Mosley promotes it as a way to lose weight, lower blood pressure and even reverse type 2 diabetes. But a new study says it's harmful to heart health, and it’s not for everyone. Michael discusses this more and advises consulting your GP before going ahead if you have a pre-existing health condition.
